June 4, 2005; Sturgeon Bay,
WI. - Saturday Night June 4th, Northland Steel will be sponsoring the
races at The Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway. Beer will be $1.00 from 4:30
until 6 with the purchase of a grandstand wristband. The IMCA Hobbystock class will be
getting introduced before the start of their feature event. Racing will get underway at 6
p.m.
Benji Lacrosse, who made a return to Thunderhill last week, looks to win back to back
features in the Budweiser IMCA Modifieds. B.J. Soquet will be trying for his second
feature win of the season in the Wulf Brothers IMCA Stockcar division. Tony Schlei
will be gunning for his third feature win of the season in the Mays Sport Center IMCA
Hobbystock main event. Von Eytcheson will be shooting for his fourth feature win in a row
in the Dairy Queen Street Stock feature. Chad Williams is going for his third feature win
on the season in the Door County Motorsports 4 cylinders.
Once again Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway will be giving away a West Coast
Chopper to a child 8 and under. Children must be present to win. The IMCA Modifieds will
be the Potawatomi Lucky five class for the night. Hats, T-shirts, and Sweatshirts are
available at the grandstand. Dan and Mary Lewis will have their trailer in front of the
grandstand for all of your favorite racing merchandise. Forest County Potawatomi
Thunderhill Raceway is located at the John Miles Fair Park in Sturgeon Bay. The
