Bay, WI. - Saturday Night August 6th, the Vintage Modifieds will be
at The Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway. Some of the old modified cars from
years back will return to Thunderhill to race at the end of the show. Bill Boettcher will
be the evenings sponsor. The Bombers and Enduro Cars will also be in action. Racing starts
at 6 p.m.
Jay Matthias will go for his fourth feature win of the season in the Budweiser IMCA
Modified division. Troy Muench will be going after his second feature win of the season in
the Wulf Brothers IMCA Stockcar class. Tom Brumlic looks to improve his point lead
in the Mays Sport Center IMCA Hobby Stock class. Mike Pierrard holds the point lead with
three weeks remaining in the Dairy Queen Street Stock class. Jeremy Dubois will be looking
for his second career feature win in the Door County Motorsports 4 cylinder class.
The Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway will be giving away a West Coast Chopper
to a child 8 and under. Children must be present to win. The Mays Sport Center IMCA Hobby
Stocks will be the Potawatomi Lucky five class for the night. Hats, T-shirts, and
Sweatshirts are available at the grandstand. Dan and Mary Lewis will have their trailer in
front of the grandstand for all of your favorite racing merchandise. Forest County
Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway is located at the John Miles Fair Park in Sturgeon Bay. The
