July 8, 2005; Sturgeon Bay,
WI. - This Saturday Night July 9th,
Napa Auto Parts will be bringing racing action to The Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill
Raceway. This will also be the annual Powder
Puff Race. The women will be back behind the
wheel of the mens racecars. There will
also be $1.00 beer from 4:30 until 6 with the purchase of a grandstand wristband.
After
picking up his first win of the season last week, Jeremy Jacobs will be shooting for his
second feature win in a row in the Budweiser IMCA Modifieds. Dave Bouche, who had a clean sweep last weekend,
looks for his second feature win of the season in the Wulf Brothers IMCA Stockcars. Winning his first Dairy Queen Street Stock feature
of the year last week, Mike Pierrard is looking for his second win in a row. Current co-point leader Eddie Anschutz, is going
for his fifth feature win of the season in the Mays Sport Center IMCA Hobby Stocks. After Visiting Thunderhill for the first time last
week, and winning for the first time last week, Tony Everard is going for two wins in a
row in the Door County Motorsports 4 cylinder division.
Once
again Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway will be giving away a West Coast
Chopper to a child 8 and under. Children must
be present to win. The IMCA Stockcars will be
the Potawatomi Lucky five class for the night. Hats,
T-shirts, and Sweatshirts are available at the grandstand.
Dan and Mary Lewis will have their trailer in front of the grandstand for all of
your favorite racing merchandise. Forest
