for Pre-Season Show and Prime Time Practice!

Promoters at Thunder Hill Raceway in Sturgeon Bay put on a dual pre-season car
show/practice at the third-mile clay oval on Saturday, April 26.
The show, held at John Miles Park (formerly the Door County
Fairgrounds) featured over 20 race cars in many of the five divisions. The practice
session began at 6:30 p.m. Drivers were also able to get their new cars inspected
for safety and competition rules.
"We wanted to showcase our new state-of-the-art Musco lighting and give fans and
drivers alike a look at it," said co-promoter Bryan "Woody" Wodack.
The first race of the season is set for Saturday night, May 3 at 6 p.m. IMCA
modifieds, IMCA stock cars, IMCA hobby stocks, street stocks and four cylinder cars will
compete weekly. John Miles Park is located off Third Street in Sturgeon Bay.
