PRESTIGE YACHT COATINGS RETURNS AS TITLE SPONSOR AT THUNDERHILL RACEWAY

(Sturgeon Bay, WI) October 17 – Prestige Yacht Coatings will once again return as the track title sponsor at ThunderHill Raceway in 2011.

“I grew up in Door County, and I’ve always been a huge fan of racing at ThunderHill.” stated; Joe Hernandez owner of Prestige Yacht Coatings. “Supporting the track is a great way to give back to the community and show appreciation to all the drivers who put on a great show each and every Saturday night.”

Prestige Yacht Coatings has been the title sponsor at ThunderHill Raceway since 2009. Prestige Yacht Coatings is located in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and has added a location over seas in the United Arab Emirates, and is one of the world leaders in yacht coatings.

“To say I’m excited to have Prestige Yacht Coatings back would be a huge understatement.” stated track promoter Bryan “Woody” Wodack; “With Joe and Prestige Yacht Coatings supporting the track, I feel the possibilities are endless and I’m thrilled to see what the 2011 racing season will bring.”

The 2011 season will kick off at ThunderHill Raceway with a Car Show & Practice on April 23. The Saturday night point shows will be IMCA sanctioned and start on April 30 and end with Championship night on September 3.

Thunderhill is located at the John Miles Fair Park on Sturgeon Bay’s east side. IMCA modifieds, stock cars, hobby stocks, northern sport mods, street stocks & 4 cylinders will be back in action for the 2011 season. Practice called off at Thunderhill Raceway for Sunday April 12

(Sturgeon Bay, WI) April 11, 2015 Press Release- The tentative practice for Sunday April 12 at Thunderhill Raceway has been called off due to the track being to wet.

The next practice is set for April 18. The first points night is on April 25.

Six divisions do battle every Saturday night through the summer. IMCA Modified, IMCA Stock Car, IMCA Northern Sport Mod, IMCA Hobby Stock Street Stock and Thunder Trucks will compete on the 1/3rd mile bullring. TENTATIVE PRACTICE @THUNDERHILL SUNDAY APRIL 12 / $40,500 CONTINGENCY

(Sturgeon Bay, WI) April 10, 2015 Press Release- Thunderhill Raceway has scheduled a tentative practice for this Sunday, April 12. Starting at 1pm till 4pm. We understand it’s short notice but if we’re able to prep the track in time, we’d like to get drivers on it soon as possible. Right now it’s wet but with promising weather this weekend we’re crossing our fingers it’s ready for Sunday. THUNDERHILL DRIVER WILL HAVE HIS RACE CAR ON DISPLAY THIS WEEKEND AT THE RESCH CENTER FOR MONSTER JAM

Madden’s Crew Chief Brenan Parkos, who is a professional quad racer was approached by Monster Jam promoters in search of what Wisconsin fans are into. The answer was easy for Parkos, “Dirt track racing!”
