Freddie “Andretti” Davister

Most Memorable moment in racing?
Winning 4 Features in a row at Luxemburg and winning the 2008 Luxemburg Track Championship, which was my goal since I started racing.

What’s your favorite food?
Lasagna

What do you drive for a street vehicle?
Which one? I mostly drive my Cavalier Z-24 or my 85′ Grand Prix.

What or who got you into racing?
A combination of my brother’s friends Jeremy Jacobs and Shawn Kilgore and helping out Marcus and Derek Moede.

How many years have you been racing?
6, with this being my rookie season in the stock cars

Most forgettable moment in racing?
Hitting the wall head on opening night of the 2008 Badger State Showdown

Who is your biggest rival/competition?
Right now it would be Ben Kroll. But me and Eddie “The Eagle” had many run ins in the hobby stock.

What is your favorite movie?
Tommy Boy

If you weren’t racing, what hobby would you have?
I would finish restoring my old muscle cars and burn rubber on Sundays!

My 1st feature win at Luxemburg

How did you pick your current number?
Well, I always wanted to be number 4 because it is my favorite number and I’m a die hard Brett Favre fan, but it was already taken so I put a 0 after it.

What is your favorite race track?
Luxemburg Speedway and Marshalltown, IA

What divisions have you raced in?
IMCA Hobby Stock, IMCA Sport Mod, IMCA Stock Car

What type of driver are you?
I’m very aggressive and race hard from the drop of the green flag to the checker.

What type of track do you prefer?
Tacky and smooth

Why do you race?
It feeds the competitive fire that I have and it’s a complete adrenaline rush!
